I switched back to dolphin and double checked all the settings were default and it still plays sms at double speed. (only sms) Does the double video rate hack actually make changes to the rom? If not is there some config file I'm missing?
EDIT: Nevermind, Im stupid. When I undid the framelimit 120 thing the other day I had set it to off instead of auto. I switched it back to auto and everything is back to normal. Thanks for the help guys.
